Kevin Smith Joel Siegel

There was a big hoopla yesterday in regards to film critic Joel Siegel walking out during the Monday press screening of Clerks 2. Siegel really didn’t like the film and apparently caused quite a stir while walking out. On his blog, Clerks 2 director Kevin Smith wrote that Siegel “roared” to fellow critics “Time to go!” and “This is the first movie I’ve walked out of in 30 $#%& years!” Smith was upset, understandably, and had a few things to say about Siegel.

So, yesterday morning on CBS Radio’s “Opie and Anthony Show“, Smith was on talking about what happened and they end up getting Siegel on the phone. Round 2! The best part is Joel Siegel had no idea he was talking to Kevin Smith.

who cares.kevin smith’s movies are garbage. siegel just said what everyone was thinking. how about making some movies with real content instead of jokes catering to brain dead 13 year olds. turn down the suck!

however bad the movie was, joel sigel is supposed to WATCH the thing in order to review it… his walkout sounds a bit personal to me………
