300 Promo Trailer!

This looks unbelievably insane! Another one of Frank Miller’s graphic novels gets made into a movie and it looks like it will be just as stylish and just as good, if not better, than Sin City. Having read the 300 comicbook, I can tell you that the violence in this movie will make Sin City look like a General Audience rated film. Here’s the skinny on it:
300 tells the true story of 300 elite Spartan fighters who, led by King Leonidas, fought against King Xerxes’ massive Persian army during the battle of Thermopylae in 481-480 B.C. According to lore, their valor inspired all of Greece to rise up against the invading Persians, planting the seeds of democracy.

BTW, that has to be the most appropriate use of a Nine Inch Nails song in any movie/trailer.
Looks awesome. That’s a must see.
As being one of my favorite battles, I’ve researched it heavily. The trailer looks slick, but I hope it doesn’t dissapoint in the end.

Wow, haven’t seen Man on Fire but the trailer looks great. I’ll have to check it out. I’m a sucker for revenge movies. Thanks mike.
