Maggie Q is one of my favorite celebrities. Unfortunately, the only movie we’ve seen her in lately has been Mission Impossible 3. Well, the good news is that we’re going to see more of Maggie; in the upcoming Die Hard 4. Yes, they’re making a Die Hard 4. I didn’t believe it either. The bad news is that annoying guy from the Mac commercials will star in the movie as well.

If those spooky ghosts scared the crap out of you in the first Grudge movie, then you’ll be happy to know that they’re back to do more of the same in The Grudge 2. This looks unbelievably insane! Another one of Frank Miller‘s graphic novels gets made into a movie and it looks like it will be just as stylish and just as good, if not better, than Sin City. Having read the 300 comicbook, I can tell you that the violence in this movie will make Sin City look like a General Audience rated film. Here’s the skinny on it:

300 tells the true story of 300 elite Spartan fighters who, led by King Leonidas, fought against King Xerxes’ massive Persian army during the battle of Thermopylae in 481-480 B.C. According to lore, their valor inspired all of Greece to rise up against the invading Persians, planting the seeds of democracy.

Here’s Erica Durance at The CW Launch Party letting us all know that she’s the hottest dame on the network. I can’t wait for Smallville season six to start and Erica is one of the reasons why I’m anxious. Last season we saw her character, Lois Lane, in some very interesting situations and I’m sure the writers and producers of Smallville will give us a few more of those this season. She’s not just all-looks either; her portrayal of Lois Lane is by far the best ever.
