I´ve seen lots of sexy trailer trash, I don´t think it fits for Christina Ricci though…
Joy Hickey from My name is Earl is easily the sexiest trailer trash and after her comes Cloe Sevigny in all her roles. Her acting roles are almost always some poor dirty hill-billy girls

Actually in an interview a couple years ago, she debunked that rumor of the surgery. she was super pissed that people were saying that:

I like to be photographed and photographers like to shoot me because I’m willing to go there and do different things.”

They are VERY real according to a Makeup Artist friend of mine. She said she is a doll to work with and someone (despite movie roles done in the past) you want to take home to the parents.
