Laguna Beach’s Kristin Cavallari made the top five for one specific reason. She has the hottest legs in Hollywood. And the rest of her isn’t so bad either.

Rosario Dawson was all over the place in 2006, with several movie releases and even coming out with her own comicbook. Being incredibly hot while creating comicbooks definitely earns Rosario a place in the top five.

Scarlett Johansson had guys and girls drooling since the beginning of the year when she showed up at the Golden Globe Awards showing off her amazing body. Since then she has become THE hottest young star in Hollywood. Now lets hope she takes more photos in 2007 like the one above.

1: Salma Hayek
Salma Hayek was a late entry this year but she still managed to blew away the competition. Her winning streak started when she appeared on the TV show Ugly Betty, in that famous scene. That scene alone was enough to win her the number one spot.

I agree with your list.Salma Hayek being #1, followed by Scarlett Boobhanson. And I agree Jessica Alba shouldn’t be in the list.
a babe list with no jessicas, no alba,no biel not even a simpson…what the hell is up with that?
Well, I do have Alba in the Honourable Mentions list, but the only reason she’s even there is because she’s Jessica Alba. She didn’t really do anything this year. We didn’t even get a decent photoshoot. 2005 on the other hand… tons of photoshoots, ruled the bikini candid pictures, and showed up half naked in Sin City.

It’s fun to second guess opinion lists…
So, I’d add Lohan (she’s stingingly hot to me, despite her reputation) and Biel, move Scarlett and Hazell up to the top, and remove Hayek and Dawson.
