The LOST IN TRANSLATION actress was voted into the top spot ahead of KYLIE MINOGUE and LIV TYLER, with all three praised for their lack of over-the-top make-up of drastic cosmetic procedures by anti-ageing site HoldBackTime.com
Now I wouldn’t call Scarlett the most beautiful celeb of all time, but she definitely is one of the sexiest celebs now. If she really were the most beautiful celebrity of all time, you would hardly notice Woody Allen in the photos. But Woody is definitely… there. Fortunately, Woody isn’t too distracting thanks to Scarlett looking real sexy in her vintage bathing suit.
