Rachel Bilson Sure Knows How To Dress

In a recent poll conducted by In Touch Magazine, Rachel Bilson was named Hollywood’s best-dressed star. Now that’s an honour I couldn’t agree more with. As you can see here, Rachel definitely deserves her “Best Dressed” title… or “Best Slightly Dressed” as I see it.
