Michelle Ryan is The Bionic Woman

The Hollywood Reporter says that British cutie Michelle Ryan has landed the title role on NBC’s drama pilot “The Bionic Woman,” an updated version of the 1970s series.
Ryan, best known for her five-year turn on the popular BBC soap “EastEnders,” will play a bright woman who is transformed into a technological wonder with $50 million worth of bionic components implanted in her body.
Well, I’m not sure what $50 million can buy you these days, but I’m sure they’ll think of a few interesting enhancements. And if the new show is half as good as this video clip of the original Bionic Woman verses a couple of evil fembots, then I’m all for it.
