First Official Joker Picture

The first official photo of Heath Ledger as the Joker from the upcoming Batman Begins sequel has finally been released. The picture was revealed, pixel by pixel, at the Joker’s vandalized Harvey Dent campaign site (here is the original one), after enough people entered their e-mail addresses and special code.
So what do I think of the Joker’s new look? I love it. I really like how his huge grin comes from the grotesque scar he has from cheek to cheek. The updated look fits perfectly with the more realistic take on the characters from the first film. Well done.

Holy sheep-$%!# Batman! This image is very scary. You can tell right away that this won’t be a movie for young kids, nor will it be a reuse of Jack Nicholson’s Joker. Like Heath Ledger has said, it will be less on his laugh, and more on his eyes. I think they should go forth with this because it will take it into a new direction.

I always knew Heath would look awesome as the joker.He looks better than i tought he would.The scars on his cheeks look krazy.i hope in the movie u see him cut cheeks just so it looks like he’s smilling all the time.show u how krazy the joker really is.nananananananana Batman.

It´s amazing!!! I think that Joker will be crazy and scary!!! Nolan is a incredilbe director with a great talent, and work with great actor´s, like BAle, Freeman, Michael Caine, and someone other’s!!! Dark Knight will be faantastic!!!!

Dude!!! That looks hella sick! I am soo stoked about the new flik. I cant wait for it to come out! I’ve been collecting the comics now for about 2 years and the new ones are so good so I hope the movie keeps up the trend. Oh by the way the caped crusader could kick Superman’s @$$!!!

It’s really, really great!!! So glad they dared to take it into this direction. Now I’m really excited about how Harvey Dent’s face will look in the future…
