What ever happened to Shannon Elizabeth? She hasn’t really starred in many movies since her American Pie days, and it seems like the only time we really get to see her now, it’s at an event; usually a poker related one. If there’s one celebrity that we need to see more of, it’s definitely Shannon Elizabeth.
