I Am Legend Teaser Trailer

Here’s the teaser trailer for I Am Legend, based on Richard Matheson’s novel, starring Will Smith. The movie looks promising, and I actually like Will Smith when he’s not doing comedy, but I’m going to have to lower my expectations when I see the movie, thanks to the brilliant novel.
In 2006, the KV virus is developed in a laboratory, but the virus mutates out of control, changing the world’s population into bloodthirsty creatures. Three years later, former military scientist Robert Neville (Will Smith) is working in Manhattan, since quarantined, to develop a cure for the pandemic. Neville finds himself to be the only uninfected human on the island, if not the world. (Source)

I have a terrible feeling that they will change the ending. If that happens, I will never watch another Will Smith movie again, even if he plays in a Terminator or Star Wars movie.
