Larry David Guest Stars On Hannah Montana

First off, what the heck is Larry David doing on Hannah Montana, and second, who the heck is Hannah Montana? I’m a big fan of Larry David so I get a kick out of his little guest appearances, especially when he plays himself like he does here.
Update: I just received an email from a reader who says that the two girls that play his daughters in the video are his actual daughters. (thanks to Revolver23)
