Here’s Petra Nemcova at the opening of Koi in Las Vegas. I am absolutely clueless as to how Petra can look hotter than her last appearance, but it seems to be a habit of hers. And how unfortunate for Avril Lavigne who also attended the opening and posed for a picture with Petra. Avril is a cutie on her own, but here, standing next to Petra, she’s just out of her league.
