You know when an up and coming actor or musician (or anyone for that matter) is compared to someone who is already established and reject any comparison and get defensive about it? Well, it has finally come to the attention of Megan Fox that there might be some similarities between her and Angelina Jolie. But Megan doesn’t really see it:

Actress Megan Fox cannot understand why people keep comparing her to Angelina Jolie. The “Transformers” star was overheard expressing her bewilderment over comparisons with the ‘Tomb Raider’ actress at a recent awards function.

“The only thing we have in common is that we freely expose our tattoos!” she said. (Source)

I’m not even going to try and convince any of you how similar the two are because they are very similar (tattoos, raven hair, eyes etc…). What I will do is give you the opportunity to vote on whom you prefer. I’m throwing my hat in first; as much as I adore Megan, my vote goes to sexiest woman on the planet, Angelina. Voting ends Sunday night.

Update: That’s it, the battle is over and the winner is… Megan Fox!?!? I’m actually shocked; I was 100% sure you guys would have voted for Jolie but it looks like the new “It Girl” has won your hearts, and beat out Jolie for the hotter of the two.

Finally, here’s the trailer to Hellboy 2: The Golden Army. The first Hellboy flick was one of my favorite comicbook movie adaptations, and I’ve been clamouring for another one. Well, it looks like Guillermo del Toro and Mike Mignola have delivered in spades. The original cast is back (Ron Perlman as Hellboy, Selma Blair), which is a big relief, and the new villain is an improvement as well. It looks like Hellboy 2 is going to be bigger and better than the first one.

It seems as if magazine publishers haven’t been reading the headlines and are actually offering a pregnant Jessica Alba to pose nude. Here’s her “shocking” response:

Pregnant actress JESSICA ALBA has turned down three offers to show off her baby bump in revealing magazine photoshoots. Just a week after confirming to the world she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Cash Warren, the 26-year-old admits she has already ruled out the chance to follow the likes of Demi Moore and Christina Aguilera – and bare all for glossy covers.

A friend says, “She had three offers on the first day, but she doesn’t intend to take any of them.” (Source)

Ha ha, wow, what a surprise. Not only would Jessica Alba not pose nude for a pregnant photoshoot, she wouldn’t even pose nude for one if she wasn’t pregnant. What happened to this girl? At one point she was one of the hottest celebrities on the planet, but now she has become the biggest prude. What a turn off!

The Cloverfield TV spots have started showing up and here’s one of them. I gotta say, with every new scene/video that is released, my anticipation for this flick grows. This is either going to be one of the most amazing movies ever or the biggest let down since Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.

Christina Ricci was in Tokyo yesterday promoting her new movie Penelope, and as you can see, was in full cute attack mode. I’ve heard people trash her looks, and I’ve heard people gush over her as well. I’m obviously in the latter, and think she’s one of the cutest gals on the planet (and so should you). She’s also done the impossible, which only a few select celebs have done before her, and that’s look good in a green dress. Christina Ricci 1, haters 0.

Straight from Belgium’s Elle magazine comes these much needed Scarlett Johansson pictures. They’re a nice surprise considering we have hardly seen or heard of Scarlett in ages. Yes, one of the hottest celebs in the world is barely in the limelight these days; a depressing thought. But since I’m a glass-half-full type of guy, especially when it comes to anything Scarlett Johansson, I’ll consider these an early gift from jolly ol’ St. Nick.

I’m not sure what it is about Pixar’s new movie, Wall-E, but I’m just not feeling it. I love the Pixar films, and they usually deliver, if not on the big screen at least in the trailers. But this movie… I don’t know. It looks interesting, great animation, and there’s a scene in it (with the bra) that had me giggling, but there’s just… believe it or not, I think it’s the background music; it’s pretty damn annoying.

Whoa, what have we here? It looks like a new uber-hottie has hit the scene. Here is Sandra Nilsson at the premiere of National Treasure: Book of Secrets in New York. I don’t have to tell you how incredibly hot she is, right? The last time I was this awestruck with a new celeb was when I first saw Megan Fox in those Transformers promo pictures. So, who exactly is Sandra Nilsson? It turns out that she’s a Swedish model, and Playboy’s January 2008 Playmate of the month… who knew!? Ok, you may continue drooling.

I actually like Will Smith, and think he’s a great actor for popcorn flicks, but his latest movie, Hancock, looks terrible. It reminds me way too much of My Super Ex-Girlfriend, and that is not a good thing. Even the gorgeous Charlize Theron, who is barley in the trailer, won’t be able to help this movie be rent-worthy.
