Mandy Moore celebrated the New Year with some fireworks and getting back to being the uber-cute babe that she is. Thankfully she decided to start the New Year right and drop the vampire look she had on the last time we saw her. She’s definitely back to being a hottie. But what’s up with her arm in the last picture? It looks like something out of a Michel Gondry video!
