Lindsay Lohan went out shopping the other day in Rome and (gasp!) decided to wear her shiny leggings. Why is this so important to post? First off, she looks really hot in those shiny leggings, and add the fact that she’s a snug sweater… well, I couldn’t resist. Bellissima!
