When (and how) the hell did Amanda Bynes get a great pair of legs? Actually, forget about her legs… when the hell did she get hot? This isn’t the same girl we’ve been used to seeing. Attending events and premieres (like she has the past few days) showing off her legs is a new thing for Amanda and is definitely welcomed.

are you kidding? Bynes has been wearing short dresses for like…a year now. If you look at any of the photos from any of the hairspray premieres ( and sydney white ) she wears short dresses and shows off her legs.
