The 2008 Golden Globe Awards Were Last Night

If you ask me, there weren’t any winners when it came to last night’s pseudo Golden Globe Awards, only losers, and those losers where us. Thanks to the WGA strike and the awards not being held in their regular fashion, we were deprived of potential images such as these incredible shots of Scarlett Johansson from her 2006 Golden Globe appearance that we all still cherish. Infuriating to say the least. And if missing out on Scarlett Johansson cleavage doesn’t get the WGA and producers to get their crap together, then nothing will.

Come on, we were all the winners. We were spared three hours of celebrities using their time on camera to suck up to the writers’ guild.
And, don’t forget, we were also spared three hours of the highly overrated Queen Latifah.
