According to the UK edition of Glamour magazine, Reese Witherspoon has said in an interview that she isn’t up for showing any of her goods to help promote her movies. Here’s the skinny:

Reese Witherspoon won’t pose for sexy photo shoots to promote her films.

“If [actresses] take their clothes off, they objectify themselves,” she tells the UK edition of Glamour. “I am flabbergasted by how many legitimate actresses do it.”

Witherspoon, 31 – who shares custody of Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe – adds that she tries to avoid the pitfalls of a Hollywood lifestyle. “I am a role model for my children,” she says. (Source)

Umm, am I the only one who remembers Resse’s naked body in Twilight? Oh, what am I saying? I totally forgot that once an actress has children, she can say those kinds of things and not be called a hypocrite. All of a sudden she’s a great role model and actually having done nude scenes and sexy photoshoots in the past is all forgotten now that she has children and an established film career. Unreal.
