Wow, get a load of Super Hot Hilary Duff! For the last year, Hilary Duff has impressed the hell out of me with her transition from teen pop star to hot celebrity babe, but she just upped the voltage when she put on that short skirt, fishnet stockings, knee-high boots, and that very thin tube top (and when the heck did she grow breasts like that!?). So, yes, it’s official: Hilary Duff is now known as Super Hot Hilary Duff. Nice!
