I think at this point it’s safe to say that Hilary Duff is a full-fledged hot babe. No more shocked disbelief at how hot Hilary looks; she’s the real deal now. And here are some outtake photos from her Cosmopolitan shoot to solidify that belief.
Now, Hilary looking all hot and even cleavagy might be what we’ve come to expect, but luckily for us she still has a few surprises tucked in her sleeve… or should I say tube top?
