Just when I thought Hilary Duff couldn’t get any hotter (especially after this), she shows up at the TRL studio looking hotter than ever. I really don’t want to repeat myself, but I don’t think Hil has ever looked hotter, and believe it or not, it’s not all due to her rocking those short shorts (although showing off her legs does elevate the temperature quite a bit). I guess I was right; the hot Hilary Duff really is here to stay.
