Ok, now this is a no no. The last time we saw Hilary Duff in the cowgirl getup, I was nice enough to give her a compliment. But you can’t go back to that rusty old look after looking like this less than a week ago. One strut forward, two steps back big time! A booger-colored top doesn’t help either. Oh well, looking at the pics, it could be worse, eh?
