Hilary Duff Just Got Hotter

Just when you thought that our little Hilary Duff couldn’t get any hotter than this, she shows up walking around in a tight black tank top with pair of breasts that seem to have come out of nowhere. Well, I have noticed that Hilary has been growing in all the right places lately (like you haven’t), but this is quite a surprise. I’m not sure if it’s all thanks to some sort of Victoria’s Secret bra or a magic genie or whatever, but me likey.
