I read Chuck Palahniuk’s novel Choke a few years back and thought it would make a terrible film. Well, it’s a good thing nobody asked my approval because someone actually made it into a movie and, to my surprise, it actually looks pretty good.

Getting one of the most underrated actors today, Sam Rockwell, to star as the sex addict/choking/Colonial War re-enactor lead was a smart move, and sprinkling the trailer with a ton of hotties was even smarter. Choke hits theatres September 26th 2008.
