Here’s Penelope Cruz’s hot younger sister, Monica Cruz, at the ELLE awards in Barcelona, Spain. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Monica is giving Penelope a run for her money. She may even be… whoa, what the heck is that thing under her bottom lip!? Well, that’ll put a stop to any comparison and/or competition. Sorry Monica, but it’s Penelope all the way now.
