Here’s Hilary Duff at some Cartier charity shindig looking hot yet again. At this point I’m not surprised at how good the Duffster looks, but what I am surprised at is how boyfriend Mike Comrie’s huge Frankenstein-like noggin hasn’t squished poor little Hilary.
