My favorite new celebrity cutie to jump into the spotlight and droll over in the last year is, hands down, Leighton Meester. Now we’ve been used to seeing the Gossip Girl star showing off her killer legs, but cleavage is a new thing. And it’s pretty groovy. And let’s hope it continues because, like I said, it’s groovy.
