Yes folks, another “I Heart Rachel Bilson” post. Here she is just doing a little shopping and taking a stroll in a pretty thin top by the looks of it. I love this girl’s sense of fashion, especially in chilly weather. Heck, I love practically everything about Rachel, but I especially dig her groovy thighs. I bet they taste like gummy bears. What?
