Ah yes, Mandy Moore. There was a time when Mandy could do no wrong and had me salivating at the mouth, but that hasn’t happened in years thanks to her hot/not hot phases she goes through. Well, here she is at some Vanity Fair Portraits shindig looking better than she has in a long, long time. She looks like she lost quite a bit of weight, and that weird see-through patches dress sure adds a little spice she has been missing. She’s definitely on the hot side now.
