If there’s one thing the new and improved Hilary Duff can do really well, it’s looking damn good in a pair of tight jeans. Here she is strutting her stuff in LA in said tight jeans and showing off her cute little tush. Unfortunately we don’t get that good of a view thanks to that cocoon of a long sweater she’s wearing.
