Here’s Hilary Duff looking as flawless as always while doing a little shopping in a flimsy top and a pair of ultra-tight jeans that could make any Emo kid salivate with jealousy. Now I don’t know if the department store has the AC on full blast, or if it’s just because that shirt the Duffster is wearing is a little too thin, but she better stay away from any inflated balloons or children’s eyes. What she can do though, is give me a great big hug (trust me, it’ll be worth the pain).
