Here’s Kristen Bell at the Avakian Beverly Hills Boutique Celebration looking like a goddess in a skin-tight blue dress that leaves very little to the imagination. I don’t know who designed that dress or brought it into style, but everyone seems to be wearing it, and it’s literally a man’s (and woman’s) best friend. It does everything right; shows off the legs, the cleavage, the curves, and gives you one hell of a booty profile. And when you have a babe like Kristen Bell wearing one, it’s fireworks. Fireworks I say!
