It looks like Hilary Duff has impressed the hell out of me once again. Here she is looking scorching hot at the Heart Truth Red Dress Collection 2009 fashion show. The Duffster is totally rocking the hell out of that red dress like it’s nobody’s business, and looking quite busty I might add. Yup, I can definitely get used to this side of her. Oh, I mention how busty she looks? Ok, just checking. Hoochie mama!
