I know exactly what you’re thinking. Holy Cats, is that really Mischa Barton!? Well, the answer is yes. This photoshoot is from the latest edition of the Italian Vanity Fair magazine, and as you can see for yourselves, she looks surprisingly sexy as hell.

Now normally I would just chalk it all up to some naughty poses, good makeup, and some brilliant see through-ish lingerie, but this is the second time Mischa has impressed me with her looks (see here) in less than two weeks, so what does that all mean? Mischa Barton can actually look really freaking hot sometimes. I know, shocking!
