The more trailers and video clips I see of the new Star Trek flick, the more I’m loving it. Except for one thing… Captain Kirk. Holy cats, is this guy annoying or what? Not only are his “yooohooos” and “c’mon man” irritating as hell, but the guy also acts as if he’s Clint Eastwood (sorry Chris Pine, not even close). Hopefully he won’t hog the spotlight the whole movie and we’ll get to see a good amount of screen time from the other actors who seem to have their roles down pat. Star Trek hits theatres May 8th, 2009.
