Here’s the G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra preview clip that was shown during this past weekend’s MTV Movie Awards. I have my problems with quite a few things (Storm Shadow’s costume, The Baroness’ absent accent, the Joe’s stupid looking combat suits, etc…), but the movie looks like it’s going to be a blast. I’m actually surprised that they went with the sci-fi angle when it came to the weapons and vehicles, and after checking out the video I’m glad they did because it makes for some pretty awesome effects. G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra hits theatres August 7th, 2009. Yo Joe!

I don’t think the Baroness’ accent being MIA is really a bad thing. After all, look at the mess Storm’s accent was in the first X-Men movie.
I do agree with you on Storm Shadow’s costume though.

This movie looks bad, unless you’re in the 10-14 age group in which case you’ll probably love it.
