Hilary Duff Emerges From Pool, Looks Hot Doing So

Here’s a video and a couple of screen caps of Hilary Duff’s very wet and very hot swimming pool scene from What Goes Up. Technically, the scene shouldn’t be hot whatsoever considering the Duffster isn’t even in a bikini, but seeing her come out of the pool puts some of those Bond babe scenes to shame. Ok, maybe not, but the Duffster looks pretty damn hot in her underwear and drenched in water. Enjoy!

kind of pathetic that she did something that looks so similar to the megan fox scene, since people are definitely gonna compare the two.
i already think her hotness factor is -1 on a scale of 1 to 10, so putting her side by side with megan fox is not gonna help.
