If you ask me, Shakira is one of the most underrated celebrity babes on the planet, and if these photos of her dropping some cleavage for Rolling Stone magazine don’t convince you of that, then I’m sorry to say that you’re either blind as a bat, or delusional. i agree people just turn away bc they think shakira sounds horrible but just bc she doesnt lip sync or have robotic vocals on her albums, that doesnt mean she cant sing.. i find her voice at times strange but she def has a powerful full octane, divalish voice.
