Surprise, surprise. The sexy blond and cleavage popping Scarlett Johansson makes her second appearance this week courtesy of IN New York magazine’s brand spanking new issue. If feels like it’s been years since we last saw Scarlett look that sexy, that blond, and that busty, but it seems like the she’s finally back and dropping jaws once again.
