Joss Whedon’s Dollhouse Trailer

A trailer for Joss Whedon’s upcoming Fox TV show Dollhouse, starring Eliza Dushku, has finally been released and it looks pretty damn good. Then again this is Joss (Buffy, Firefly) Whedon we’re talking about so there’s no way it’s going to be bad. And having super hottie Eliza Dushku run around in tank tops and other assortment of flimsy tops doesn’t hurt the show either.

Unfortunately, Fox has decided to debut the show during midseason, which means it’ll probably be cancelled by episode number four. Stupid, stupid Fox.

Eliza Dushku Is A Goddess

I’ve been a fan of Eliza Dushku’s since her Buffy, The Vampire Slayer days. Since then, she hasn’t really taken the big screen or small screen by storm (anyone remember Tru Calling? Anyone?), but I’ll tell you one thing she has done since then: She has achieved a level of attractiveness that can only be described as a Goddess. Not bad considering she was a real peach to begin with, but now she looks impeccable, as you can see from these shots of her at the 2008 Film Independent’s Spirit Awards. Joss Whedon’s Dollhouse can’t come fast enough.

Eliza Dushku And Joss Whedon Reunite For New TV Show “Dollhouse”

Buffy and Angel fans hold onto your hats because we’re about to get a new TV series from Fox created and written by Joss Whedon starring Eliza Dushku! Here’s the skinny:

Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator Joss Whedon is heading back to TV, along with his Buffy co-star Eliza Dushku, with Dollhouse, an SF series that Fox has given a seven-episode order, Variety reported.

Dollhouse follows a top-secret world of people programmed with different personalities, abilities and memories, depending on their mission.

After each assignment—which can be physical, romantic or even illegal—the characters have their memories wiped clean and are sent back to a lab (dubbed the dollhouse). The show centers on Dushku’s character, Echo, as she slowly begins to develop some self-awareness. (Source)

A new Joss Whedon TV show is definitely something to cheer about, but add Eliza Dushku to the mix and you have must see TV. I’m a little surprised that they just don’t go for a Faith TV series, but the premise of Dollhouse sounds interesting and I have no doubt in my mind that it’s going to be great. I just hope Fox doesn’t screw this one up.
