Movie site /Flim is running a story that one of my oldest celebrity crushes, Rosario Dawson, got cast as Star Wars: Clone Wars/Rebels character (and onetime Anakin Skywalker apprentice) Ahsoka Tano for the upcoming season of The Mandalorian. Here’s the skinny:

We have exclusively learned that Rosario Dawson will appear in The Mandalorian season 2 and are excited to report that she will be playing a fan-favorite character previously only seen in the Star Wars animated productions. Dawson will be playing a live-action version of Ahsoka Tano, Anakin Skywalker’s Jedi padawan apprentice who appeared in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Rebels. This would be the character’s first appearance in live-action. (source /Film)

Ok, so first off Disney/Lucasfilm have not released any official statement, but they haven’t released anything to deny it either. And some big news outlets (Deadline and Variety to name a few) are confirming the casting. So I’m leaning more on this being true. So is this good news for us Star Wars fans? Hell yeah! Rosario Dawson is a fantastic actress and Ahsoka is a fan-favorite. And the fact that she’ll be appearing in The Mandalorian season 2 is totally… freakin’… awesome. Can you imagine seeing an Ahsoka Tano lightsaber battle with a Darksaber-weilding Moff Gideon? Nerdgasm!

The 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards were held last night in Beverly Hills, and as usual, all of our favorite celebrity babes showed up and tried to look hotter and sexier than their peers. And this year, apparently, to show off more cleavage as well. Nice! Ok, so a ton of babes looked insanely sexy, but in my not so humble opinion, none looked sexier than Jessica Alba. Here’s my one-time uber crush, Rosario Dawson, finally coming out of hiding for last night’s “Sports For Peace Fundraising Ball” in London, England, and oh lordy how I’ve missed her. She’s still ridiculously hot and stunning, and she definitely still has the curves, eh? Having said all of that, I would have preferred it if she dropped some of her huge cleavage to make up for lost time, but I can’t really complain. Here’s my one-time uber crush, Rosario Dawson, hamming it up for the paparazzi at some fancy shmancy clothing store in Milan, Italy. Like I said, Rosario was at one point my number one crush, and you can see why by some of these shots. My uber-crush Rosario Dawson hosted Saturday Night Live this past weekend and the only good thing I can say about the show is that we got these cleavage-centric pictures out of it.
