Here’s Scarlett Johansson at last night’s Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Scarlett doesn’t look good. What happened to the plentiful cleavage and smooth, glowing looks? Now she looks like a withered old fairy godmother from a high school play. Being engaged to Ryan Renolds obviously does not look good on Scarlett. I think she needs a little Popoholic intervention to get her back to looking like this.

There’s an auction up on eBay for a meet and greet with Scarlett Johansson and two tickets to the world premiere of her new movie He’s Just Not That Into You. All proceeds from the auction got to Oxfam America. You can check out the auction here, and I’ve also posted the video of Scarlett giving you the lowdown on what’s in store for the winner. Sorry to have to cut this one short folks, but I have some change to bring to the bank, a mint copy of Amazing Spider-Man #129 to auction off, and a few useless organs to sell.

Last week we had a poll to see who the hotter Boleyn Girl is, and surprisingly, you guys voted in favour for Natalie Portman. Yes, according to the majority of you who voted, Portman is a hotter peach than Scarlett Johansson… what are you guys on??? Portman is nowhere near as hot as Scarlett; not even on the same playing field.

Here are arguably two of the most attractive girls on the planet, Scarlett Johansson and Natalie Portman, pimping their new movie The Other Boleyn Girl at the 58th Berlinale Film Festival in Berlin. Since they both play sisters in the movie, competing for the affection of some dude, I thought I’d take this opportunity to see whom you guys would go for; the voluptuous Johansson, or the stunning Portman. I’m giving it to Scarlett… err, my vote that is. Natalie is a good looking bird (see here), but I’ve never seen her look smoking hot. Scarlett, on the other hand, oozes sex appeal non-stop (see here). Ok, the voting ends Monday at midnight, so let’s hear it!

Update: What the…!?!? Portman won!? I demand a recount!

Well, I wasn’t expecting to ever read this bit of news. Scarlett Johansson is set to release a cover album of Tom Waits songs on May 6th. Yes, I typed that, and you read it correctly. Here’s the Skinny:

Scarlett Johansson will release an album on May 6 called “Anywhere I Lay My Head,” andPOP.com has learned.

The actress-turned-singer revealed in 2006 that she would be recording a Tom Waits cover album. Her album’s title, “Anywhere I Lay My Head,” is the title of a Waits track from his classic 1985 album “Rain Dogs.” (Source)

Personally, I think Scarlett should just stick to looking really hot, since she does that so well, and not go anywhere near a microphone. If you’re curious to know if she’s a good singer, just check out this video for a taste of her amazing singing “talent”.

If you ask me, there weren’t any winners when it came to last night’s pseudo Golden Globe Awards, only losers, and those losers where us. Thanks to the WGA strike and the awards not being held in their regular fashion, we were deprived of potential images such as these incredible shots of Scarlett Johansson from her 2006 Golden Globe appearance that we all still cherish. Infuriating to say the least. And if missing out on Scarlett Johansson cleavage doesn’t get the WGA and producers to get their crap together, then nothing will.
