Here’s the uber cute Hilary Duff leaving some spa in Studio City yesterday afternoon, and looking ridiculously pregnant. Seriously, you can’t get more pregnant than that. I mean, she’s so freaking huge that she looks like she should have given birth over a month ago. To quadruplets. Now having said that, she somehow still looks incredibly hot and bodaciously busty, and her lips are even looking fuller and poutier (i.e. damn sexy!). So how’s this possible?
