Here’s Hilary Duff doing a little shopping in her short jean shorts and cowboy boots and I’m totally digging it. I’m not really a fan of girls dressing like they just got off the farm, but Hil is definitely pulling it off. She looks so hot these days that she could be drenched in mud and you’d still want to take her out for a piece of key lime pie. Mmm, key lime pie.
